Terms for this website

They cover this website. They do not create a service agreement, and there is nothing to sign up for here: the site has no accounts, no ordering and no payment.

An integration runs under a separate written agreement between Manik Maurya, the founder and the organization using the service. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement governs.

• The records, figures and identifiers in the examples do not belong to any real learner. They show how the software behaves, and they are not results about a person.
• Descriptions may change as the product changes. Nothing on this site is a promise of a feature, a date, a price or a result.
• Third-party names appear only as public, dated facts about those organizations. No affiliation, endorsement or partnership is claimed.

Read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. Do not try to break it, overload it, or use it to reach systems it does not offer. API access is arranged with Manik Maurya, the founder and governed by that agreement, not by this page.

The text, design and code of this site belong to Manik Maurya, the founder. The OutFigure name and mark are the owner's. Open source components keep their own licences, published with the site at /assets/fonts/.

The site is provided as it is. It may be incomplete, out of date or unavailable, and Manik Maurya, the founder is not liable for decisions taken on the strength of it. That is not a disclaimer of anything that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.

Personal data is covered by the privacy notice, which records exactly what this site collects.

Write to us through the enquiry form. A registered legal entity, its address and a governing jurisdiction will be named here once the owner has formed one; until then these terms are published by the founder personally.
