Terms for this website

They cover this website and nothing else. They don’t create a service agreement, and there is nothing to sign up for here: no accounts, no ordering, no payment.

An integration runs under a separate written agreement between Manik Maurya and the organization using the service. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement governs.

• The records, numbers and IDs in the examples are made up. They show how the software behaves, and none of them is a result about a real person.
• Descriptions change as the product does. Nothing on this site promises a feature, a date, a price or a result.
• Third-party names appear only as public, dated facts about those organizations. No affiliation, endorsement or partnership is claimed.

Read it, quote it with credit, and link to it. Please don’t try to break it, flood it or use it to reach systems it doesn’t offer. API access is arranged with Manik Maurya and governed by that agreement, not by this page.

The text, design and code of this site belong to Manik Maurya. The OutFigure name and mark are the owner's. Open source components keep their own licences, published with the site at /assets/fonts/.

The site is provided as it is. It may be incomplete, out of date or unavailable, and Manik Maurya is not liable for decisions taken on the strength of it. That is not a disclaimer of anything that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.

Personal data is covered by the privacy notice, which records exactly what this site collects.

Write to us through the enquiry form. A registered legal entity, its address and a governing jurisdiction will be named here once the owner has formed one; until then these terms are published by the founder personally.
